Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information RosemaryKelleher.com collects, why, and how it is protected. In plain terms: I use what you share only to help you, and I never sell your information.

Who I am

RosemaryKelleher.com is my personal website. I, Rosemary Kelleher, own and operate it independently, along with my own coaching and training business, ELEVATE! Sales, Training & Coaching. You can reach me at roseterrykell@gmail.com or call or text 781-248-6069.

As a Realtor®, I am a licensed real estate agent affiliated with LAER Realty Partners for real estate brokerage services. LAER Realty Partners does not own, operate or control this website, ELEVATE! Sales, Training & Coaching, or the information collected here.

Information you choose to share

I only collect personal information you give me directly, such as when you:

  • fill out a contact, home value, home search, open house list or Town Guide form (for example your name, email, phone number, property address and message);
  • chat with Rose’s Assistant on the site;
  • request ELEVATE! agent access (licensed agents also share their brokerage, state of license and license number so I can confirm the license);
  • sign up for email updates or apply to sponsor a seminar.

How I use it

  • To answer your questions and provide the real estate or coaching services you ask for.
  • To send what you requested, such as a home value estimate, home search, open house list, Town Guide or agent access code.
  • To follow up with you personally, and, if you sign up, to send occasional email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep simple records of requests so nothing falls through the cracks.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I share it only when needed to help you (for example, with a lender, attorney or inspector you ask to be connected with), with the parties involved when you buy or sell a home with me (which can include the brokerage I’m licensed through, as real estate rules require), or when required by law.

Services that help run this site

Like most websites, this one relies on trusted service providers that process information on my behalf:

  • WordPress.com (Automattic) hosts the site, its forms and basic visitor statistics.
  • Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) is used to receive form messages and keep request records.
  • MLS PIN provides the home search and property alert tools linked from this site; when you use them, MLS PIN’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
  • Stan Store handles purchases and bookings for ELEVATE! products; payment details are entered with them, never on this site.

Cookies and statistics

The site uses a small number of cookies so it works properly, for example to remember that a licensed agent has entered their ELEVATE! code. WordPress.com also collects basic, aggregated statistics (such as which pages are visited) to help me understand what is useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though you may need to re-enter an agent code.

Keeping your information safe

The site uses a secure (https) connection, and I limit access to your information to what is needed to help you. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email roseterrykell@gmail.com or call or text 781-248-6069, and I will take care of it promptly. Some records may need to be kept when the law or real estate regulations require it for completed transactions.

Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to know what information is collected and to request its deletion. I honor those requests for everyone.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
