About Rose

Rosemary Kelleher, Realtor®

Helping People Make Smart Moves in Real Estate for 30 Years

For three decades I’ve helped Massachusetts families buy, sell and move on to their next chapter. I’m a Realtor® with LAER Realty Partners, based in Billerica and serving Greater Boston, the Merrimack Valley, the North Shore and MetroWest.

Along the way I’ve led real estate companies as CEO, Regional Vice President and VP of Sales across 31+ offices. That’s where I learned what separates a good sale from a great one: preparation, honest advice, sharp negotiation and a plan for every “what if.” It’s also why I teach agents through ELEVATE! Sales, Training & Coaching. The same standards I hold other agents to are the ones I bring to every one of my clients.

I’m an avid student, of real estate and of everything that touches how people live. Over the years I’ve earned many designations and certifications, including CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and GREEN. I’m constantly learning about lifestyle and living trends, homeownership trends, mortgage and lending changes, insurance changes, legal changes in real estate and lending, NAR best practices, building techniques, upgrades and improvements, DIY projects, and the tools, systems, strategies, social media and technology that keep reshaping our world. Buying or selling a home is about how you want to live, and my clients deserve someone who never stops learning.

Beyond the business

The Personal Side

The Fab Four has become the Great Eight! Celebrating with my husband, my parents and my sister.

I grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts, as part of a very large Irish Catholic family. I was blessed to grow up with cousins who are more like siblings, and to this day we are constantly getting together to celebrate one another. That Family has always been my strength and my biggest source of encouragement.

I attended Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, an all-girls high school in Newton, and then went on to Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. After college I knew I wanted work that wasn’t just behind a desk. I wanted work that served other people. When my husband and I started house hunting for our young and growing family, real estate became a passion, and that passion quickly became my profession.

My husband and partner of 38 years and I are the proud parents of four wonderful young adults I call my “Fab Four,” and with the special people they’ve brought into our lives, they’ve become our “Great Eight.” I built my career right alongside raising them. We couldn’t be prouder of each of them doing so well throughout college and earning many degrees, lifelong friendships and incredible adventures!

We aren’t empty nesters, and that’s by choice. When our kids graduated, we bought a bigger home, because we believe in the power of multigenerational living. Homeownership is an expensive journey, and giving the next generation a chance to regroup, save and prepare is one of the best gifts a family can give. I know firsthand how this works, and I love helping other families plan for it.

We love to travel and explore new places, but my favorite moments are always the ones spent with family and dear friends.

Clients Who Became Family, and Family Who Became Clients

Real estate has been a gift of beautiful experiences and relationships. Over 30+ years, it has blurred the line between family and clients in the best possible way. Of course, challenges come up in any transaction, and that’s when I’m fierce about protecting and guiding the people I serve.

Many of my clients have become close friends, loyal sources of referrals and people I’ve learned so much from. And my own huge family has trusted me with their biggest moves too: my parents, all of my in-laws, brothers and sisters, cousins, aunts and uncles, grandparents, great aunts and uncles, and their friends, families and co-workers! Whether we’re related by blood or by a closing table, you get the same care, honesty and protection.

I love watching the circle of life unfold. I’ve helped people buy their first home, trade up as their family grew, invest in a second home and, later, right-size for retirement or a new chapter. And those relationships carry on to the next generation, as I help their children buy first homes of their own.

Three transactions and counting! This family has trusted me with move after move, and they are so very dear to me.

My beloved great aunt, the oldest and wisest among us and one of the most special people you could ever meet, as I helped her sell a family home. I miss her every day.

I treat everyone like family, because so many of you are. That means protecting your interests, giving you honest advice and guiding you through every step of buying or selling, whether it’s your first move or your fifth.

I hope you find this website helpful, and I hope I can help you, your family or your friends at some point on your real estate journey.

What working with me looks like

  • A plan, in writing. You’ll know every step before we start.
  • Real numbers. Pricing and advice from MLS PIN data, not guesses.
  • Straight answers. Including the ones that aren’t what you hoped to hear.
  • A trusted team. Lenders, attorneys and inspectors I’ve vetted for years.
